According to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) adopted in December 2022, more than 42,500 EU-based companies and several thousand companies outside the European Union (EU) are required to present the ecological and social changes affecting their financial performance, as well as how their businesses are impacting society and the environment. The directive imposes stricter requirements for extra-financial reporting (information disclosure, data collection, etc.), which can seem challenging for some companies.

CSRD Essentials simplifies key aspects of the new directive. A practical resource for political and corporate leaders who are required to report on sustainability performance, this guide includes 11 essential briefs on CSRD in accessible language.
