Paris La Défense, March 12, 2025 – The Lefebvre Group is proud to announce the appointment of Julien Tanguy as the CEO of the group, effective from March 31^st 2025. He has been holding the position of Chief Financial Officer at the Edenred Group since 2021.

 

Aged 52, Julien Tanguy is a graduate of SKEMA Business School and began his career as an auditor at PWC (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers). He then held key roles at SFR and Europcar, including serving as the CFO of Europcar France. In 2011, he joined Edenred France as the CFO before becoming the CEO of Edenred France in 2016. In that role, he led a significant digital transformation, revitalized revenue growth, and improved profitability. In 2021, he was appointed as the Group CFO of Edenred, thus joining the executive committee of one of France’s largest multinational corporations and a global industry leader, aiming to secure its listing on the CAC 40 in June 2023.

 

Julien Tanguy’s mission will be to establish the group as the European leader in services for legal and accounting professionals, ensuring digital sovereignty in Europe in AI for legal and fiscal matters, particularly by supporting the deployment of GenIA-L, the generative AI for production developed by the group.

 

He will assume leadership of the Lefebvre Group after a transition period with Olivier Campenon, who has been the CEO since May 2018. Campenon successfully led the group’s restructuring in Europe and incorporated AI into its core strategy, establishing it as a European leader in legal and tax knowledge.
